Mission

The Faculty of Business Studies is committed to providing exceptional education in business studies through three specializations:

  1. Accounting and Finance

  2. Banking and Finance

  3. Business Administration

Students follow a unified curriculum for the first four semesters, then specialize from the fifth semester onwards. The faculty is delivered by qualified professors using advanced curricula and pioneering research to actively serve the community and meet the needs of local and international job markets.

Objectives of the Bachelor’s Program in Business Studies

  1. Prepare and qualify students interested in pursuing business studies.

  2. Provide training and qualification opportunities for those interested in business studies.

  3. Offer consultancy services in the field of business studies.

  4. Establish and strengthen relationships with service providers in both the private and public sectors.

Justifications for Offering the Program

  • Contribute to providing education opportunities for all by accommodating students in government higher education seats.

  • Enhance the development and quality of higher education services through competition and transparency in line with total quality, academic accreditation, and continuous improvement.

  • Meet the needs of the local and international job market by producing well-qualified graduates in business studies, especially as the country moves toward encouraging investment, which requires the development and qualification of skilled professionals to support national progress.

  • Prepare and qualify human resources.

College Learning Outcomes

The Faculty of Business Studies provides the community with graduates who are scientifically and professionally qualified in business studies. They are well-versed in the principles and concepts related to diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving administrative and financial issues. Graduates possess self-confidence, independence, and sound scientific thinking, along with the ability to communicate effectively and handle various situations professionally. They acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies through the curriculum and earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies in one of the faculty’s accredited specializations.
