The role of Information Technology (IT) today and in the future is increasingly significant in managing businesses, providing services, and enhancing organizational efficiency. IT spans a wide range of fields, making it an essential tool for improving and developing institutional performance.
IT professionals must possess strong analytical skills, creative thinking, high ethical standards, and effective communication abilities. They should also be capable of designing and implementing IT solutions to boost organizational performance.
